| The M-Press Strength Training System is compact yet offers 5 stations including a Bench-Incline-Shoulder Press-Row, Lat Pull, Ab Crunch, Leg Extension-Curl and Low Row. This system allows you to perform all of the exercises from the front of the machine, allowing placement against a wall or in a corner. The M-Press has adjustable starting points for the Press Arm to provide correct positions for Rows, Bench Press, Incline Press and Shoulder Press. The Ab Crunch station is the most featured gym in its class. This system also comes standard with a 200 lb weight stack and an adjustable seat and seat back.
