It functions as a watch with standard and military time, hourly alarm, and calendar. It displays your heart rate with percentage of maximum heart rate. It has hi/low heart rate alarms that can be set independently, a countdown timer, and time in zone with recall for time in, above, and below the zones. Two heart zones can be set manually and built in CardioZone (3 heart zones total)! The scan function displays heart rate recovery time, maximum heart rate for session, and average heart rate for session. |
